Leina Walker
Instructor, Licensed Massage Therapist
Leina has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2000. In 2001 she helped open a Massage and Wellness Center in Downtown Spokane, which she continues to co-own and operate today. Leina brings with her many years of hands-on clinical experience and the expertise involved in building and maintaining a successful business and practice.
“I have always been fascinated by the human body and absolutely love sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with our students. It’s so rewarding to watch each student take the skills they learn in the classroom and create a massage style completely unique to them. I started teaching at TCSM in the Fall of 2022 and quickly realized it was something that had been missing from my life.”
Tina Heyer
Instructor, LMT, Continuing Education Educator
Tina has been a massage therapist since 2005. She specializes in injury rehabilitation and loves expanding her knowledge of anatomy and treatment principles. Her continuing education includes Upledger’s CranioSacral Therapy, Barral’s Visceral Manipulation, and Ron Murray’s osteopathic-based classes. She finds the human body to be amazingly designed and believes that our bodies have the capacity to heal themselves when given the chance.
Her goal in teaching is to pass on her enthusiasm for the continued study of the human body to her students, so that even after they complete their course, they will be inspired to keep exploring anatomy and treatment principles to become the best healers they can be.
