Our Building
- Classroom/Building availability is Thursday – Sunday.
- Located close to Manito Park in Spokane, with great local restaurants and coffee shops.
- A beautiful, fully equipped teaching space that accommodates up to thirty-five students.
- A cozy, aesthetic classroom environment designed for learning and relaxation.
- A break room with tables for lunch, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a water cooler (with hot water for tea).
- Late Spring, Summer, and Early Fall, outdoor seating for breaks and lunch.
- Restrooms with a shower.
- Approximately 15 massage tables, stools, and 6+ massage chairs.
- Multiple-foldable classroom tables (8+) are available for workspace and/or other uses.
- PowerPoint projector compatible with Mac or iPad (PC compatibility available if needed).
- A printer available for backup printing.

Continuing Education at TCSM
Our continuing education program is built for longevity. We’re looking for instructors who want to grow with us—building meaningful relationships in this community and developing classes that evolve and expand over time.

No Marketing
Classroom Rental + NO Marketing Support
Our classroom rental is based on $50 per hour, up to an 8‑hour teaching day.

Marketing & Promotion Support
Your marketing fee helps promote your class through TCSM’s email lists, social media, and outreach to our graduate and massage therapist network.
One-Time: Marketing Setup Includes: $150

- Social media post creation
Ongoing: 4–6-Week Marketing Includes: $150 (*see the chart below)
- Social media promotion across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Ongoing email marketing to our massage therapist database and current students

A Note on Marketing
Marketing is everything—it’s what gets people in your class. This gives you a strong, consistent foundation, and if you’d like to invest more into marketing, we can absolutely strategize together to expand your reach. We also update and refine our LMT contact list every 12 months to keep outreach fresh and relevant.

Payments are made directly after the event by check or Venmo.
Next Step
Please send your preferred dates (at least 3) so we can confirm that we have an opening for your class. Allow at least 4 weeks for marketing from the class date. The next email you receive will include a section to provide additional details about your class and gather marketing information to help promote your course. After that, an approval letter.
