This class focuses on combining yoga stretching poses with slow, intentional pressure techniques to promote relaxation and physical well-being of both therapists and their clients. Participants will also gain insight into the historical and cultural origins of Thai Yoga Massage, enriching their understanding of this ancient practice. Ideal for both beginners and those seeking continuing education, this class provides practical skills that can be applied in personal or professional settings. Upon completion you will have an approximately hour long session routine and 8 hours of CE credit.
